GUI access to ECHO

• Watch-ECHO: a Windows application which provides easy access to the ECHO on-line databases via a modem, X.25 connection or your Local Area Network and off-line via the CD-ROM. Running on any standard PC equipped with Microsoft Windows.

Telneting to ECHO

• download the appropriate PC telnet client software 
  
• Note for Macintosh users.
• Telnet to ECHO. Log in by entering your user number and password or the public password ECHO.
